  • The GrowthDrivers flow and features

    Below the basic flow as it looks to the team members. The teamleader should additionally spend 1-1,5 hours to prepare for the team meeting in step 2.

    A full circle typically takes 4-6 weeks depending on your timing.

    Step 1: Data-collection (15-20 min)

    Each team member completes a conversational assessment and provides feedback on daily work, team collaboration, and their relationship with their leader.

    The assessment is delivered as a chat-based dialogue, featuring both quantitative and qualitative questions, along with a few associative exercises. The user experience is designed to be fun and engaging. Upon completion, participants receive a summary and tailored improvement suggestions based on their responses, making the process immediately useful and relevant.

    Step 2: Access to feedback flow (10-15 min)

    All team members gain access to a feedback flow with a video and preparation resources. The feedback flow includes a video featuring virtual coach Delphi, who summarizes your individual scores and input, and recommends the two most important questions for your team to discuss at the team meeting.

    Additionally, the feedback flow provides detailed scores, statements, and an in-depth explanation behind the recommended questions.

    Step 3: Team meeting (60-90 min)

    At a team meeting, members analyses the feedback, discuss and make informed decisions about what they will change.

    The leaders feedback package includes agenda, and presentation slides ready to use, as well as a guide for how to approach the meeting. Also, the material comes with practical advice on how to select and focus the desired behavioural change. The virtual coach, Delphi who knows the specific input and results can also offer additional advice and explanations during the process.

    Step 4 -12: Act upon the agreed changes

    Meaningful discussions at the teammeeting typically raises motivation to take corrective actions or adjust behaviors.

    However, as we all experience, it can be challenging to stay focused on good intentions as our daily lives continue.

    In this phase we use nudging to help individuals stay focused and motivated. This occurs in various forms, such as simple reminders, follow-up one-click questions, or an 8-week
    follow-up nudging flow. Nudges can be sent via email or text messages, based on user preference.

    We also recommend using GrowthDrivers regularly, recognizing that there is always room for further development, no matter how successful teams become.
